Please join us for a talk and gallery tour with local artist and AB '77 Cynthia McCallister! Cynthia will speak about how she developed as an artist, starting as an apprentice to Atlanta portrait artist Henry Barnes, to finding her own distinctive style. What does it take to become a successful, working artist? She will also discuss the shift in the art world from a closed gallery system to more of a public studio where artists interface and exchange ideas with the public.
Wine and light refreshments will be provided by the Club.
