Tuesday, March 16th
6:00 PM

Renowned legal scholar Michael Klarman created buzz with his Forward to the November 2020 issue of the Harvard Law Review entitled “The Degradation of American Democracy–and the Court.” In his inimitable straight-shooting manner, he recounts the deterioration of American democracy, its causes, the Supreme Court’s failure to stem the deterioration, and some possible remedies.

After the presentation, time has been allotted for Q&A. We will utilize the Chat function in Zoom Meeting for the participants to submit questions.  If you want to submit a question in advance, email Tricia Wansor at harvardclub.pb@gmail.com.
