"Sarcopenia: The Undiagnosed Epidemic"
The presentation will be in-person and also broadcast on Zoom for those who cannot or prefer not to gather in person.
Most of us are peripherally aware of Sarcopenia—i.e., the age-related loss of muscle and functionality. All of us are at risk, even those who remain physically active throughout their lives. The good news is that this condition can be avoided or greatly reduced, according to Will Brink, creator of the Brinkzone Blog. A Harvard graduate with a concentration in the natural sciences, Will has more than 30 years’ experience as a consultant to the supplement, fitness, bodybuilding, and weight loss industry.
Join us for his dynamic presentation that will include how to assess your personal situation and the best approach to utilizing the tools available to keep you healthy and active: nutrition, exercise, supplements, hormones. Will looks forward to answering your questions during the Q&A session following his talk.
