Posh Art Gallery Tour
Featuring the Work of Jake Packard and 65 Other Local Artists
Join us for an evening of visual delight at Posh Gallery. Harvard Club member Jake Packard will discuss his display of photo art, and gallery owner Kimberly Perry will conduct a docent tour of the other contemporary art exhibited in 4,000 square-foot space.

Jake Packard ‘73 learned photography as a freshman at Harvard in the darkrooms of the Carpenter Center for Visual Arts in Harvard Yard, the very first year it opened. Developing negatives and then printing pictures with an enlarger and trays of chemicals was a blast for Jake. But now today, with incredible digital technology at our fingertips, framing the beauty found in the natural world is even more thrilling to him.
After a stint with his original Rock ‘n Roll band, The Walnut Band, in which he wrote most of the songs and played keyboards and harmonica, he moved from Cambridge to Manhattan where he started his video production company which catered to summer camps all over the US, Canada, and Europe. With the pandemic closing camps for two years., he has devoted all his time to photography and photo art, including shooting the Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches Holiday parties.

Wine and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. The event fee includes a raffle ticket: the prize is a Jake Packard photo session for family portraits and/or headshots, including all the editing! It is a value of $450.
After the gallery tour, attendees have the option of joining other club members at Batch Gastropub, which is located in an adjacent building. Separate checks. Contact our club administrator if you wish to be added to the dinner reservation.
COST: Ticket includes admission to the event, libations, light hors d'oeuvres, and raffle a ticket!
