7:00 pm presentation
Michael Vincent John Spaziani has lived on the Island of Palm Beach for 44 years and has been a Commissioner of the Town for over 23 years. He has been a real estate broker and the only commercial and residential appraiser on the Island for 41 years. During his real estate career, he has been involved with over 6 billion dollars of asset valuations and over 22,000 real estate deals.
Michael’s interest in real estate comes from his father who was the International President for the Mason’s Union. He has two degrees in real estate; an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida and a graduate of Harvard’s Graduate School of design in Real Estate Management and Development.
This discussion will present a brief history of the Island and the homes of Harvard Alumni. You will hear stories of estate homes such as the Kennedy Estate, Harkness Estate, etc. as well as visual examples of their various architectural designs.
