As you cruise its scenic waters, Dr. George’s expert storytelling will bring the past to life, revealing the landmarks, hidden histories, and evolving narratives that have shaped Miami’s waterfront.

Hear about the early pioneer settlements along the north end of the Bay including Lemon City, Miami Shores, and Buena Vista. See Pelican Island, one of the “Surrounded Islands” wrapped by artist Christo in the 1980s.
