7:00 pm Interview and discussion

This interview examines the rise of debanking practices in the United States, defined as the denial or termination of banking services to lawful individuals and companies. It explains how current financial compliance rules are financially excluding millions, and costing billions to the U.S. economy in compliance fees. The discussion shows how political pressure and reputational judgments inside banks and regulators influence who can create and keep bank accounts and who cannot.
