6:30 – 8:00 pm Interview and discussion
Calling all veterans and entrepreneurs!
As scale accelerates, risk multiplies, working capital tightens, and constrained decisions carry greater consequences.
Frank Campanaro began in small, high-trust military units where authority was clear and consequences were immediate. He later built and scaled companies inside the federal healthcare procurement system — a market shaped by contract vehicles, certification regimes, compliance exposure, and long payment cycles.
When a structural shift stripped his company of a key designation and credit tightened during the financial crisis, cash flow compressed and strategic options narrowed. He rebuilt within those constraints and repositioned the company inside one of the most rule-dense markets in the country.
The evening begins with a focused interview and then opens into discussion.
Bring your questions. Leave with sharper insight and stronger connections.
This session launches The Operating Edge, a series connecting major shifts to the consequential trade-offs leaders face in Palm Beach County – trade-offs involving people, capital, and systems.
